Your notes

Energy selections, rest and practice entries, reflections, dated weekly plans, previous tool answers and safety plans are saved locally in this browser. Their contents are not sent to the publisher’s server. There is no account, cloud sync, or app advertising or analytics tracking.

Deletion and export

You can remove an individual reflection with its Delete button. Under Data and settings, you can download a JSON backup, restore a backup or delete all local Hyvinn entries. Backups also include data from the previous shared tools. Restoring replaces current data after a separate confirmation. Exports may contain sensitive information. You choose where to save or share them. Deleting app data does not delete previously exported files or backups.

Changing devices and backups

Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove notes. Data does not move automatically between devices or browsers. You can transfer it yourself by downloading and restoring a backup. Others may see local notes on a shared device.

Separate apps

Hyvinn brings tools together through shared navigation. Separate apps use their own local storage. Notes, safety plans and other answers do not transfer automatically between apps. Earlier notes remain in the original app. A starting level may be passed in a link; the contents of notes are not passed.

External services

Support links open in the browser or phone app. Those services process data under their own terms. Hyvinn does not automatically send them your notes. The hosting provider, app store and operating system may process technical usage data. Information you email to the publisher is used to respond; email is not a secure healthcare channel.

Purpose of the app

The app is for adults. It offers general everyday exercises, not individual treatment. It does not monitor your wellbeing or call for help. The current version has no paid subscription.

Hyvinn Plus

Membership purchases and sign-in are not available yet. This page does not collect payments. Access to separate bonus apps may be restricted.
